Ежели какой-то жлоб из Подмосковья или Припарижья ставит свою тачку под моими окнами так, как удобно ему, а не мне - я звоню в полицию. Хоть в Москве, хоть в Париже.
А вот в уебищенске - да, там так среди пацанов не принято.
